This program is about transforming your business, not business as usual. We’ll co-create a business strategy and financial roadmap to integrate the business you want to lead into the life you want to live. You’ll tweak every aspect of your business into the one that fits you.

We’ll have 12 hours of 1:1 time together to co-create your business plan and financial roadmap. I’ll teach you what I know about business and finance strategy, while we get clarity about where you’re aiming for and how to get there. We’ll hone in on the small tweaks you can make to your business for big results. You’ll have time to ask all of your questions, and get tailored and customised support and structure that fits you and your business.

We’ll be working ON your business together, in a very special and evidence-based way. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve developed a huge range of tools and templates that we’ll be using together throughout our time together. After the program, these will all be yours to use in your business. You’ll have a 3-year financial roadmap and business plan that you’ll use EVERY MONTH for the next 3 years. I’ll show you how.

At the end of our program you’ll be financially literate with the confidence and tools to take your business to the next level. You’ll be able to grow, scale or niche your way to your version of success. I’ll equip and empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to make your business profitable and successful, without keeping you chained to my advice for the next ten years. I’ll be there any time you need me, knowing you’ve got this.

1:1 Session Structure

  • Business Health Check

    Session 1 - Business and Financial Health Check. In this session we're going to go through a process to understand the health of your business and financials.

  • Business Purpose Statement

    Session 2 - We're going to uncover the purpose behind your business. Your why (purpose), your how (what makes it special), and your what (products and services).

  • Business Vision

    Session 3 - We're going to uncover the vision that you have for your business. In three years time, what do you want your business to look like?

  • Business Model Design

    Session 4 - We redesign your business: what makes your business valuable, your target market, revenue and costs, and all the pieces that create a successful business.

  • Business Strategy

    Session 5 - We work from your business model to your business strategy. What you need to do to get to where you want to go.

  • Financial Roadmap

    Session 6: We create your 3-year financial roadmap. We map out the financial path: income, team, costs, profit, cash flow.

  • Financial Roadmap Review

    Session 7: We refine and finalise your financial roadmap so you have a clear and succinct plan and teach you to use it.

  • Business by design

    Session 8: In our final session, we’ll review everything we’ve done together and get really clear about your next steps.

    We look at all aspects of your business, from business model to financial forecasting and everything in between.

    Sessions are via Zoom or phone.

    Payments are made via my online booking system and charged to your card automatically each month for 4 months.
