This program is about transforming your business, not business as usual. We’ll co-create a business strategy and financial roadmap to integrate the business you want to lead into the life you want to live. You’ll tweak every aspect of your business into the one that fits you.
The outcome of this adventure together…
We’ll have 18 hours of 1:1 time together to co-create your business plan and financial roadmap. I’ll teach you what I know about business and finance strategy, while we get clarity about where you’re aiming for and how to get there. We’ll hone in on the small tweaks you can make to your business for big results. You’ll have time to ask all of your questions, and get tailored and customised support and structure that fits you and your business.
We’ll be working ON your business together, in a very special and evidence-based way. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve developed a huge range of tools and templates that we’ll be using together throughout our time together. After the program, these will all be yours to use in your business. You’ll have a 3-year financial roadmap and business plan that you’ll use EVERY MONTH for the next 3 years. I’ll show you how.
At the end of our program you’ll be financially literate with the confidence and tools to take your business to the next level. You’ll be able to grow, scale or niche your way to your version of success. I’ll equip and empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to make your business profitable and successful, without keeping you chained to my advice for the next ten years. I’ll be there any time you need me, knowing you’ve got this.
1:1 Session Structure

Business purpose and vision
Month 1: We start with what matters: why you’re in business and what you want to create in the future. I’ll help you to pull your thoughts together and reflect on what matters to you, and how you want your business to come together.

Business strategy + model
Month 2: Next, we put the puzzle of your business together. We talk through what makes your business valuable, your target market, the potential revenue and costs, and all the other puzzle pieces that create a successful business.

Financial roadmap
Month 3: We start creating your three-year financial roadmap. This tool will be used to map out the financial path for your business and be used to monitor the financial performance for your business through that time.

Financial roadmap review
Month 4: We refine and finalise your financial roadmap so you have a clear and succinct plan to become more profitable and impactful. This tool is a living document that will take you through the next three years.

Unstructured sessions
Month 5: These sessions can be about anything that comes up - not everything needs to be structured. We might talk about your marketing, business model, customers, pricing, or how. your finances have been traveling.

Month 6: In our final sessions, we’ll review everything we’ve done together and get really clear about your next steps. You’ll finish the program with the tools and discipline to monitor your business and financial performance.

The program lasts 6 months from the date of your first 1:1 session.
You’ll have 12 x 90 min sessions with me 1:1 as we work through the program modules.
We meet twice/month for the regular sessions and you have 2 x 30 min sessions.
You get instant access to the Get Financially Fit online program including 10 modules and many tools, worksheets and learning materials.
We look at all aspects of your business, from business model to financial forecasting and everything in between.
Sessions are via Zoom or phone, in-person in my Melbourne studio if COVID safe and by prior arrangement.
Payments are made via my online booking system and happen automatically each month for 6 months.
